How mail2email Works

Once you subscribe you will receive your personal New York City mailing address. You use this address as though it was your business address or place of residence: print it on your stationery and business cards, display it on your web site, and use it as your return address on correspondence. Here's what will happen once we begin receiving postal mail and courier deliveries on your behalf:

Step 1 - We receive your postal mail

As each mailpiece arrives we will scan the envelope, post the image to our secure server, and send you notification via e-mail. The email message will give you details about what was received:

Step 2 - You log into our secure server

Clicking on the link provided in the notification email will bring you to our secure server. You will sign in with your user name and password:

Step 3 - You manage your correspondence

Once you are signed in you can manage your correspondence using our exclusive Mail Manager. View the envelope scan and details of each mailpiece, request and view full mailpiece content scans, request that we discard a mailpiece by shredding it, or track the progress of mail that we have forwarded to you:
