Monthly Subscription Price - The monthly cost of your mail2email subscription including processing for the included number of mailpieces. mail2email subscriptions are charged on a quarterly basis. Rate Per Additional Mailpiece - The amount you are charged for each additional mailpiece processed above and beyond the included number of mailpieces in any given month. Forwarding Fee - The amount you are charged each time you have your postal mail forward-shipped to you. Since the Mail Manager allows you to choose which mailpieces to discard and which to have the contents scanned, you can greatly minimize your forwarding costs. [Does not include postage.] Refundable Postage/Service Deposit - Your deposit is used to establish your personal revolving account to cover the cost of postage and additional fees. The deposit amount is charged each time your account balance falls below $10 in order to replenish the account. Should you decide to terminate the service, any remaining balance is refunded to you. Set Up Fee - We do not charge set up fees. Other mail forwarding services charge as much as $75 to establish your subscription.

Dedicated Customer Support

Each subscription includes access to dedicated customer support should you have questions regarding the mail forwarding service, using the Mail Manager, or any of our other services. A live client service representative is a phone call away.

Included Mailpiece Processing

The number of mailpieces processed per month at no additional charge. Processing includes the sorting and barcoding of each mailpiece, scanning of each envelope, entry into Mail Manager, and subsequent storage and handling.

Our exclusive web page for the management of your postal mail. See the image of each envelope and decide what to do next: request a full mailpiece content scan, request that the mailpiece be shredded, or have it forwarded to you. Read more...

Envelope Scan/View

Each time a mailpiece arrives we will scan the envelope and present the image to you via the Mail Manager. You will see exactly what you would see if you were holding the mailpiece in your hands including the sender, the addressee, and the postmark.

Email Notification

We will send you a notification email summarizing the mailpieces received on your behalf that day. Click on the link provided to be directed to our secure Mail Manager page.

Configurable Fowarding Schedule

The Mail Manager allows you to set your preference for how often you would like your mail forwarded: every day, once a week, every other week, monthly, or when your mailbox is full. Based upon your preference, we will collect your mailpieces and forward them to you.

Forward-on-Demand

Should you receive a time-sensitive mailpiece you will always have the option of requesting a one-time immediate forward.

Shred-on-Demand/Junk Mail Eliminator

Once you have viewed the envelope image of a mailpiece in the Mail Manager you can request the mailpiece be shredded. Eliminate your junk mail before you incur the cost of having it forwarded. (Other mail forwarding services will eliminate junk mail too, but they decide what is junk mail and what isn't.)

Forwarded Packet Tracking

Use the Mail Manager to track the progress of postal mail packets as they are forwarded from our facility to you.

Pay-Per-Use Services

As a mail2email subscriber you will have access to a suite of services provided on a pay-per-use basis:

Mailpiece Content Scan

Should you receive a mailpiece that requires your urgent attention, you have the option of requesting a full content scan of the mailpiece. We will open the mailpiece, electronically scan the contents, and deliver the image to you via our secure Mail Manager Web interface. You can then choose to save the image on your computer, print it locally, and/or forward it on to others.

Parcel Receiving/Forwarding

We will receive your parcel and forward it based upon your instructions. Parcels must be forwarded within 14 days from time of reception or they will incur a storage charge of $1/day thereafter. [Parcels must meet all USPS regulations for content and deliverability. Postage and insurance is not included.

Oversized/Overweight Parcel

Parcels larger that 24" in any dimension incur an oversized charge calculated per inch over 24". Likewise, parcels heavier that 20lbs incur an overweight charge calculated per pound over 20lbs.

Sign-For Reception

We will receive all "Signature Required" deliveries and sign for them on your behalf.

Document Remailing

Send us your letters and documents in preaddressed envelopes and we will remail them locally so that they bear a local postmark. [Postage not included.]

Document Print and Mail

Email us your MS Office, Star Office or PDF documents and we will print them and mail them locally so that they bear a local postmark. [Postage not included. Call us for a custom quote on mass mailings.]

Fax Reception/Forward

Use our fax number for critical faxes and we will forward them to you electronically for viewing via the Mail Manager.

Email Reception/Forward

Each mail2email subscription comes with an exclusive email address of the form: mailbox-number@.... Emails received at this address will be forwarded on to your email address on record. A perfect way to protect your identity when conducting transactions over the internet.
